Membership Types
There are 3 levels of membership for ETIM AUNZ. The levels and the benefits of each are summarised below.
Founding Members
ETIM AUNZ Founding Members are those organisations with a commitment to see the ETIM model being a financial and operational success in both Australia and New Zealand.
The benefits of Founding Membership are as follows:
- One representative with voting rights on the ETIM AUNZ Advisory Board which will determine:

Input into ETIM strategic planning

Input into communications and engagement strategies

Process, timing and prioritisation of development of the ETIM model

Development and membership of Product Expert Committees including for unclassified products or products not sufficiently classified

Access to all ETIM development tools

One representative with voting rights on all Product Expert Committees

Identification as a Founding Member in strategic sections on all ETIM promotional material and ETIM website

Priority invitations to special events including briefings and meetings with ministers, regulators and key industry stakeholders

General Members
Businesses that become general members are likely to be either manufacturers or wholesalers of electrical products or systems. The benefits of General Membership are as follows:

Associate Members
Businesses that supply goods, services or solutions to manufacturers or wholesalers are regarded as an important link in the success of businesses and ETIM. Accordingly, provision is made for those businesses to be able to connect with ETIM AUNZ and its members.
The benefits of Associate Membership are as follows:
- Sponsorship opportunities at events
- Receipt of regular newsletter
- Involvement in communications and engagement activities, webinars, podcasts and industry functions
- Identification as an Associate Member on the ETIM website
